100% Visual Inspection Machine

This is a 100% semi-auto visual inspection machine, improving from the current manual operation.

The machine is controlled by Siemens S7-1200 software program, whereby all the indexer parameters, speed and pitch setting are preset in the Siemens touch screen.

Operator does manual marking on rejects. Rejects are then captured by our Balluff BVS Vision Camera, which then trigger auto-punching systems.

Stand alone system design for barcode system and Lot number is available for reporting and any future documendation needed.
